Captain’s Meetings are bi-monthly mandatory meetings where team captain’s and staff come together to discuss and vote on design team matters. Common topics include upcoming events, safety matters, etc.

Attendance Policies:
- Attendance is mandatory for all teams but captain’s may send a representative on their behalf.
- Up to 2 members may attend the first three meetings and 4 on the last meeting.
